AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you ("User", "You"), an individual at least 18 years old, and All Time Recharge Pvt. Ltd., located at 4th Floor, 402, Alpha-1, I.A. Surajpur, Greater Noida, Alpha Road, Alpha 1 Metro Station Parking, Alpha-1, Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh-201310. All Time Recharge Pvt. Ltd. operates the website https://www.galaxyrecharge.com, the mobile application "Galaxy Recharge", and associated platforms (collectively referred to as "Galaxy Recharge").

By using our prepaid recharge and bill payment services ("Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Agreement.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. Services are not available to individuals under 14 or to users previously suspended or removed from our platform. You agree not to impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

COUPON REDEMPTION

Coupons provided through Galaxy Recharge are subject to the terms and conditions defined by the issuing retailer. Galaxy Recharge is not responsible for any harm, damages, or losses incurred by users from the use of third-party coupons.

BILL PAYMENTS

To use bill payment features, you must have internet access and compatible devices. Galaxy Recharge and its partners may impose service fees, which are disclosed either on our website or via the partner channel.

All charges may be debited from your selected payment method, and charges for reversal or cancellation of payments may also apply.

Features and availability of billers, payment methods, and access methods may vary by partner or location.

By using our Bill Payment Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information (registration, billing, and payment data).
• Keep all information updated to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Accept that Galaxy Recharge is not liable for failed transactions due to incorrect information, insufficient funds, or technical failures beyond our control.

PROHIBITED USES

• Use services for anything other than personal recharge and bill payment purposes.
• Impersonate another person, misrepresent affiliations, or use fraudulent payment methods.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Transmit libelous, obscene, or harmful content.
• Use automated tools (robots, scrapers) without permission.
• Engage in activity that damages our infrastructure or disrupts other users.
• Reverse-engineer or replicate our platform.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using Galaxy Recharge, you accept the practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.

ACCOUNT SECURITY

You agree to maintain accurate registration information and secure your login credentials. In case of suspected unauthorized access, notify us immediately. Galaxy Recharge is not responsible for any losses due to compromised credentials unless proven otherwise.

USERNAME & PASSWORD

Your mobile number serves as your unique username. Passwords should be strong and confidential. We recommend using a mix of upper/lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Never share your password.

BILLING & PAYMENTS

Charges for services will be directly applied to your chosen payment method. The name "All Time Recharge Pvt. Ltd." may appear on your bank/credit card statement. We may introduce additional billing features or summaries in the future.

COMMISSION ADJUSTMENT AND SERVICE CHARGE CLAUSE

The Retailer expressly acknowledges that the Company receives varying commission rates from different telecom operators (including but not limited to Airtel, Jio, VI, etc.).

The Company shall have the absolute right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to adjust the commission/discount payable to the Retailer based on operator-wise commission structures, actual payouts received from operators, prevailing market conditions, and the Retailer’s daily transaction volume.

The Retailer agrees that the daily service charge debited from the Retailer’s wallet may vary depending on the Retailer’s daily sales, number of transactions, and the variation in operator-wise commissions. Such service charge shall be determined solely by the Company, and the Retailer shall have no claim, dispute, or objection in this regard.

In the event that, due to such adjustments, the Retailer receives comparatively lower commission on transactions for certain operators or is charged a higher service fee, the same shall be deemed to have been pre-agreed by the Retailer, and no challenge or claim shall be maintainable.

The Company shall have the right not to display such adjustments in the Retailer’s transaction report, provided that upon a written request from the Retailer, the Company shall share the relevant details via email or any other written mode of communication.

The Retailer fully understands and agrees that such adjustments are necessary for the Company’s commercial interest, operator payout variations, and platform sustainability, and therefore, the Retailer irrevocably waives any legal right to dispute or challenge the same in any manner whatsoever.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS & CONTENT

Our site may contain references or links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse these sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Use such sites at your own risk.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the services at our discretion, without notice, in case of breach or suspected fraud. Upon termination, you must stop using all services immediately.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All Time Recharge Pvt. Ltd. will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use our services.
• Errors or issues in third-party platforms.
• Inaccuracies or misuse of service.

Our total liability will not exceed Rs. 1000 or the amount paid by you for the affected service—whichever is lesser.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Time Recharge Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from your use of the services, violation of terms, or infringement of rights.

ARBITRATION

All disputes, claims, or differences arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including its validity, interpretation, or termination, shall be first referred to a sole Arbitrator mutually appointed by both parties, in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.

The seat and venue of arbitration shall be the city in which the Company’s registered office is situated at the time of initiation of arbitration proceedings, and the proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.

In the event arbitration fails to provide an efficacious remedy, the courts having jurisdiction over the Company’s registered office at the relevant time shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising out of or in relation to this Agreement, to the exclusion of all other courts.

DISCLAIMER

All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose. You use our platform at your own risk.

We may charge a nominal fee of Rs. 99/- per day for certain services, if applicable.

This agreement is subject to change without prior notice. Please review the Terms periodically for any updates.
