REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY – ALL SALES FINAL
All transactions for recharge and bill payments made through Galaxy Recharge are final. No refund, return, or exchange will be permitted once the transaction is successfully completed. It is the user’s sole responsibility to ensure the correctness of the mobile number, DTH account, or biller details before initiating the transaction.
However, if your payment is debited and the recharge/bill payment is not processed within 24 hours, you may raise a complaint by writing to our customer support at
[email protected].
Please include the following details in your email:
- Registered mobile number or DTH account
- Operator name
- Recharge/Bill amount
- Date of transaction
- Order ID/Transaction reference number
If it is confirmed upon investigation that the amount was debited but the service was not delivered, a full refund will be processed within 72 working hours.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used.
